Alvaro Amaro
Project Coordinator
One of the founders of Home Insulation ATX and originally from Uruguay, Alvaro has over 23 years of experience in insulation, remodeling, and construction. He’s a hands-on kind of guy who loves his work, fishing, and spending time in the great outdoors with his family.
Jonathan Scott
Project Manager
One of the founders of Home Insulation ATX, Jonathan has over 13 years of experience in insulation, remodeling, and construction. Jonathan has a passion for motorcycles and fitness, and he also loves spending weekends with his family and dogs on Lake Travis.
Monica Fossi
Administrator
Monica has 20 years of experience in customer service and 5 years of administrative experience. Originally from Venezuela, she’s a passionate activist for animals and the environment. Monica is a pet lover who has a special place in her heart for her three dogs, Bella, Coco, and Chanel. They go with her everywhere, including to work at Home Insulation ATX, where they’re part of the family. In her free time, Monica participates in the Amazon Influencer Program and acts in local theater productions. Next time you see a play in Austin, you just might catch her on stage.
Giselle Rivas
Administrative Assistant
Giselle is originally from Las Vegas, Nevada. She has 5 years of experience in customer service and 2 years of experience in administration. She is currently working on her undergraduate degree at Austin Community College, and her hobbies include baking and collecting Marvel and Funko Pops. When she’s not working or in school, she loves to spend time with her family.
